## Summary

**Directs the Interior Secretary to study whether to create a Monterey Bay National Heritage Area.** The study would assess suitability and feasibility for lands in Monterey, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, and San Luis Obispo counties and nearby places with similar heritage.
