## Summary

**Faster VA access to FDA-approved non-opioid pain treatments.** This bill would require the Department of Veterans Affairs to add certain FDA-approved non-opioid drugs and biological products for postoperative, postsurgical or regional analgesia, or acute pain to its national formulary on a set timeline. It would also bar using the Cost of War Toxic Exposures Fund to implement the change.
