## Summary

**Designates November 2–8 as an annual Anti-Communism Week.** This bill would add a new section to federal law and direct the President to issue yearly proclamations urging ceremonies and activities. It includes ten congressional findings that describe communism as having caused global devastation, cites an estimate of more than 100,000,000 lives lost under communist regimes, and frames the week as a remembrance and a reaffirmation of the United States' commitment to oppose systems that deny basic rights. The designation is ceremonial and relies on presidential proclamation rather than new funding or programs.
