**U.S. funding for the United Nations Population Fund tied to voluntary, rights-based family planning.** This bill would authorize $74 million a year for Fiscal Years 2026 and 2027 to support UNFPA work on voluntary contraception, maternal health, ending gender-based violence, and emergency reproductive health services. - Women and families worldwide would gain increased support for voluntary contraception, maternal health care, and programs to prevent child marriage and female genital mutilation. - People in crisis-affected areas would see more reproductive health and emergency services funded in disasters, conflicts, and humanitarian settings. - U.S. policy and funding rules would allow UNFPA to receive funds notwithstanding other laws except for programs in China, include findings that UNFPA does not support coercive abortion or involuntary sterilization, and authorize $74 million for each of FY2026 and FY2027 with those funds available until expended. *Would increase federal spending by $74 million in each of FY2026 and FY2027 through authorized appropriations that remain available until expended.*
