## Summary

**Creates a free annual National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass** for eligible members of the Armed Forces, their dependents, law enforcement officers, and firefighters. The Secretary of the interior will decide how people prove eligibility. - Military families: Each member of the Armed Forces and their dependents can obtain a free annual pass by providing the proof the Secretary requires. - Law enforcement officers: Any federal, state, local, or tribal officer, agent, or employee who is authorized to prevent, detect, or investigate criminal law violations or to supervise sentenced offenders becomes eligible for a free annual pass with verification. - Firefighters: Any federal, state, local, or tribal employee who performs work directly related to suppressing fires, including wildland fires, becomes eligible for a free annual pass with verification.
