## Summary

**Blocks the WISeR prior-authorization model in Medicare.** This bill would prohibit the Secretary of Health and Human Services from implementing the WISeR model described in the notice "Medicare Program; Implementation of Prior Authorization for Select Services for the Wasteful and Inappropriate Services Reduction (WISeR) Model" or any substantially similar model, stopping that prior-authorization approach for select Medicare services.
