## Summary

**Would prohibit naming or renaming any Federal building, land, or other asset in the name of a sitting President.** It would block use of Federal funds for those naming actions, override conflicting statutes, and require any asset already named after the sitting President to revert to its prior official name under existing Federal law, while the text creates no new programs, definitions, enforcement procedures, or funding to implement the change.
