## Summary

**Expands which Colorado water authorities can use and maintain Bolts Ditch and its headgate in the Holy Cross Wilderness.** This bill would add the Eagle River Water and Sanitation District and the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority to the list of entities eligible to access the ditch for water diversion and to carry out maintenance and repairs. The change simply expands the roster of authorities empowered to perform upkeep under the existing statute.
