## Summary

**Creates a new federal crime for interfering with passenger train crew members.** The bill would make it illegal to assault, intimidate, attempt, or conspire to interfere with a crew member’s duties on a moving passenger train, on a platform serving a passenger train, or in a rail station for intercity and commuter rail.
