**Designates Chiricahua National Monument as Chiricahua National Park.** The bill would keep the monument's existing boundaries, make monument funds available to the new park, and require the Interior Secretary to manage the park under the laws that apply to National Park System units and two presidential proclamations. - Visitors and local communities: The area would be managed under National Park rules, which guide resource protections and access. - Indian Tribes: Tribal members would have guaranteed access for traditional cultural and religious uses. The Secretary must consult tribes and may temporarily close the smallest practicable areas for those activities. - Park administration: All funds available for the monument would be available to the park. The Secretary must administer the park in line with Presidential Proclamations 1692 and 2288 and the cited sections of title 54.
