## Summary

**Requires House and Senate offices to buy or lease only vehicles that are both assembled in the United States and built by workers covered by a collective bargaining agreement.** The rule would apply to purchases or leases paid from the Members' Representational Allowance and the Senators' Official Personnel and Office Expense Accounts starting October 1, 2026.
