## Summary

**Lets the Puyallup Tribe access its settlement trust under federal trust-management rules.** This bill would amend the 1989 Puyallup Tribe of Indians Settlement Act to authorize withdrawals from the Puyallup Tribe Settlement Trust Fund under a management plan approved by the Secretary under the American Indian Trust Fund Management Reform Act of 1994. It would also add a savings provision that allows the United States to engage with the Tribe under future federal laws on the same basis as other federally recognized tribes.
