## Summary

**Blocks visa-free entry for nationals of the People's Republic of China.** The bill would bar the Department of Homeland Security from admitting anyone who is a national of the People's Republic of China or who holds a passport issued by the People's Republic of China without a valid visa, prohibit DHS funds from being used to allow PRC nationals to participate in the Guam and Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Visa Waiver Program, including the Economic Vitality & Security Travel Authorization Program, and define the People's Republic of China to include the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau.
