## Summary

**Would authorize up to $100 million in rewards for information that directly leads to the arrest and conviction of Nicolas Maduro Moros.** It would allow the State Department to pay one or more informants for such information and require that all payments come only from the liquidation of assets withheld under U.S. sanctions against Maduro, regime officials, and their co-conspirators.
