## Summary

**Stops federal funding for warehouse detention of noncitizens.** The bill would bar funds made available under Public Law 119-21 from being used to purchase or contract for warehouses to detain noncitizens or to repurpose, operate, staff, or maintain any warehouse owned by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or U.S. Customs and Border Protection for that purpose, notwithstanding any other provision of law.
