## Summary

**Increases the maximum prison term for picketing or parading in or near court buildings, or the residences of judges and other court personnel, from one year to five years.** The bill would amend 18 U.S.C. 1507 to replace 'one year' with 'five years' when the conduct is done with the intent to interfere with or influence a judge, juror, witness, or court officer in the discharge of their duties. Other parts of section 1507, including fines and enforcement mechanisms, would remain unchanged.
