## Summary

**Transfer of Clear Creek Hatchery infrastructure to the Nisqually Indian Tribe.** This bill would require the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, to convey all United States right, title, and interest in the hatchery’s defined “covered infrastructure” to the Nisqually Indian Tribe for no consideration and subject to valid existing rights, within 90 days after enactment. The covered infrastructure lists items such as ponds, springs, dams, a fish ladder, raceways, wells, pipes, fences, roads, and related conduits. The Secretary must finalize maps and legal descriptions, let the map control if there is a discrepancy, allow minor corrections by mutual agreement, and keep the final maps and descriptions on file for public inspection.
