## Summary

**Ties U.S. sanctions to findings of cooperation between the Polisario Front and Iranian-affiliated terrorist organizations.** This bill would require annual, unclassified State Department reports and would trigger designation and sanctions if those reports find specified military or intelligence cooperation. - If a report finds cooperation, the President must impose two sanctions within 30 days: designate the Polisario Front as a foreign terrorist organization under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 219(a) and apply the sanctions available under Executive Order 13224. - The Secretary of State would submit annual unclassified reports to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, beginning not later than 90 days after enactment. The first report must cover the prior 10 years and later reports cover the period since the previous report. - Each report must determine whether the Polisario Front provided or received items such as armed support, weapons systems including man‑portable firearms, unmanned aerial vehicles and parts, systems to detect or engage airborne targets, or military intelligence including surveillance, targeting, signals or human intelligence and any derived analysis.
