## Summary

**Expands federal anti-gag protections to certain nondisclosure agreements.** This bill would amend 5 U.S.C. 2302(a)(2)(C)(i) to include nondisclosure policies, forms, or agreements described in 5 U.S.C. 2302(b)(13) under the Whistleblower Protection Act's ban on gagging whistleblowers. The change only broadens which nondisclosure instruments are covered and does not create new programs, funding, or additional remedies beyond altering that coverage.
