## Summary

**Expands the Marsh‑Billings‑Rockefeller National Historical Park boundary** to bring the Marsh‑Billings‑Rockefeller Mansion area, the Billings Farm protection zone, and the King Farm into the park footprint. It would also allow new land acquisition options and establish a National Park Service Stewardship Institute at the park to promote conservation, education, and stewardship best practices. - Families and visitors: The park boundary change is documented on a public map and brings historic and working‑farm areas into the park, supporting public access and education about agriculture, forestry, and natural history. - Landowners and sellers: The Secretary would be able to acquire land by donation, purchase from willing sellers with donated or government funds, federal transfer, or exchange. Acquisitions of King Farm include rights of access to and from the park and may allow commercial operation. - Park managers and conservation partners: The new Stewardship Institute would be run as a park program to host workshops, research and share best practices, and build leadership and community partnerships in conservation and stewardship.
