## Summary

**This bill would create the United States-Abraham Accords Defense Cooperation Initiative to expand U.S. military ties with Israel's new regional partners and deter Iranian aggression.** It focuses on coordinated planning, joint exercises, and shared regional capabilities such as counter-unmanned aircraft systems, ground-based air defenses, missile defenses, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and tactical command-and-control. - U.S. Department of Defense: Would establish and run the Initiative under Title 10 authorities and lead long-term projects across air, land, sea, and special operations. - Abraham Accords countries: Signatories of the Abraham Accords and other regional Arab or Muslim-majority countries seeking normalization since 2020 would be eligible for enhanced military planning, joint exercises, and capability development.
