## Summary

**Would stop U.S. funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).** It would also bar U.S. funding and participation in U.N. bodies led by governments the Secretary of State has determined repeatedly support terrorism and remove immunity protections for UNRWA staff. - UNRWA and related entities would be barred from receiving any voluntary or involuntary U.S. contributions and from U.S. allocations tied to UNRWA in the U.N. regular budget. - Federal funds could not pay expenses for U.S. delegations to any U.N. specialized agency, body, or commission if it is chaired or presided over by a government the Secretary of State has designated under the bill's terrorism-support authorities. - The Secretary of State would be prohibited from using federal funds to contribute to any U.N. organization chaired by such designated governments, under the foreign assistance, arms export, or export control laws cited in the bill. - Officials, employees, or representatives of UNRWA would not be entitled to privileges, exemptions, or immunities under the International Organizations Immunities Act or other law or executive order.
