## Summary

**Repeal of the tax credit for contributions to scholarship granting organizations.** This bill would remove the federal tax credit for donations to scholarship granting organizations by striking section 25F of the Internal Revenue Code. It would also repeal the exclusion from gross income for amounts related to those organizations. The changes apply to taxable years ending after Dec. 31, 2026 and to amounts received after Dec. 31, 2026. The short title is the Keep Public Funds in Public Schools Act.
