## Summary

**Prohibits breed-, size-, and weight-based pet restrictions in public housing.** This bill would let public housing programs set specific, limited pet rules like capped deposits and unit-based animal limits while protecting tenant refunds. - Families and tenants with pets would gain explicit protection against breed, size, or weight bans.
