## Summary

**Strips out three State Department rules on foreign aid** that dealt with life, equity ideology, and gender ideology in foreign assistance programs. The bill would treat those final rules as though they never took effect and stop similar replacements from being adopted. - It would nullify three specific Department of State final rules by name: Protecting Life in Foreign Assistance; Combating Discriminatory Equity Ideology in Foreign Assistance Rules; and Combating Gender Ideology in Foreign Assistance. - It would prohibit any federal department or agency from implementing, enforcing, proposing, finalizing, or otherwise adopting successor or substantially similar rules. - It would require retroactive treatment so the rules are considered never to have taken effect, removing their operational or policy effects on foreign assistance programs and recipients.
