## Summary

**Prevents using the budget reconciliation process to sell, dispose of, or transfer Federal lands.** The bill adds a new clause to the Byrd Rule in the Congressional Budget Act so any provision that would result in the sale, disposal, or transfer of Federal lands is treated as extraneous to reconciliation.
