## Summary

**Restores a ban on using Department of Defense medical facilities and funds for abortion care.** This bill would repeal Section 1093 of title 10, United States Code, returning DoD policy to the restriction that existed before 1093 and striking the 1093 entry from chapter 55's table of sections.
