## Summary

**Removes a deportability ground tied to foreign policy concerns.** This bill would repeal subparagraph (C) of section 237(a)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, which allowed deportation when a noncitizen's presence or activities were reasonably believed to cause serious adverse foreign policy consequences, narrowing one statutory ground for removal and aiming to protect free speech while leaving other removal authorities, procedures, and funding unchanged.
