## Summary

**Let eligible veterans with acquired brain injury use Veteran-Directed Care funds to buy services from veteran mission-driven nonprofits.** It would create a five-year pilot that must start within 180 days, operate at at least five VA medical centers, and use Veteran-Directed Care program funds to purchase care.
