## Summary

**Allows eligible households on Indian reservations to enroll simultaneously in the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).** This bill would amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 by replacing subparagraph (C) of Section 4(b)(2) to require FDPIR distribution plans to permit simultaneous participation in SNAP.
