## Summary

**Expands peer-led mental health and suicide prevention on college campuses.** The Campus Lifeline Act links campus grant programs with youth-focused Lifeline outreach to fund student-run awareness, intervention training, and digital campaigns. - Students: Funds student organizations and peer programs that run education, warning-sign recognition, brief intervention, and public service announcements to get students to seek help and use campus, local, or national behavioral health resources. - Online, rural, and underserved learners: Requires applicants to describe outreach and service delivery for online, hybrid, distance-learning, rural, and medically underserved students, including virtual engagement and telehealth where appropriate. - Colleges and the Lifeline: Broadens who can participate by including non-grantee institutions that plan to implement similar activities and requires plans to obtain student input. It also directs Lifeline awareness efforts to coordinate with the Department of Education and encourages listing the hotline on new school ID cards and running targeted digital campaigns. *Centers federal grant support and Lifeline outreach on peer-driven, digital, and cross-agency youth prevention strategies to increase access to campus behavioral-health resources.*
