## Summary

**Delegates the Secretary's authority under 10 U.S.C. 2679 to the Coast Guard Commandant so the Coast Guard can enter intergovernmental installation-support agreements.** It also would require the Commandant to notify the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee and the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee in writing within 60 days after exercising that authority.
