## Summary

**Centralizes discretionary substance use disorder grant applications across HHS, ONDCP, and DOJ.** The bill would create a public website where covered SUD grant opportunities are listed and a single application lets organizations apply to multiple programs, backed by a multi-agency working group to coordinate the process. - Applicants and community providers would be able to submit one centralized application to any covered grant programs they qualify for and browse opportunities by organization type and by four activity categories: prevention, overdose reversal, treatment, and recovery. - State agencies, providers, and recovery organizations could join a working group that the bill would require within 180 days. That group would include career federal staff (for example SAMHSA, HRSA, CDC, and the Bureau of Justice Assistance), non-federal stakeholders, and would make recommendations, review applications, and report to Congress on needed Federal resources. - The Secretary would have to publish a list of covered grant programs on the interface by Dec. 31, 2028, and, where practical, synchronize funding announcements. The bill would not authorize changing grant funding levels or allowable activities set by Congress.
