## Summary

**Expands which federal agencies can receive NCMEC disclosures for screening and vetting.** The SCREEN Act of 2026 would amend 18 U.S.C. 2258A(g)(3) to add the Department of State and the Department of Homeland Security as authorized recipients of reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for purposes of screening and vetting, and it would redesignate two existing subparagraphs to accommodate the new insertion.
