## Summary

**Ban on public dissemination of military executions.** This bill would prohibit creating, recording, broadcasting, publishing, or otherwise sharing audio or visual depictions of executions carried out under the Uniform Code of Military Justice and would block federal funding for those activities. - Families and the condemned: Would prevent public recordings and broadcasts of military executions, reducing public exposure of the event to the broader public. - Department of Defense and officials: Would allow the Secretary of Defense to authorize recordings only for official uses such as investigations, judicial proceedings, congressional oversight, or archival purposes, and would permit public release only by court order or an Act of Congress. - Media and the public: Would bar the use of federal funds to film, stream, or publish execution recordings, including on federal websites and electronic platforms, limiting any public access to recordings.
