## Summary

**Year-round E15 sales** would be allowed by changing Reid Vapor Pressure rules so gasoline blended with up to 15% ethanol can be sold during the summer ozone season. The bill would also give some small refineries a way to reclaim or reapply older Renewable Fuel Standard compliance credits from 2016–2018.
