## Summary

**Stops the International Criminal Court from using United Nations facilities in the United States.** This bill would require the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations to seek negotiations, within 30 days after the opening date of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly, on a supplemental agreement to the 1947 United Nations Headquarters Agreement that prohibits the United Nations from hosting, leasing, or otherwise allowing use of its facilities in the United States by the International Criminal Court.
