## Summary

**Pauses federal funding for travel-management actions in specified Utah public lands until the listed RS 2477 land-rights cases are resolved.** This bill would stop the Interior Department from using federal money to finalize or implement certain travel plans in those areas during the applicable period. - Would prohibit the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management, from obligating or spending federal funds to finalize or implement a new travel management plan for land inside Utah's boundaries during the applicable period. - Would apply to ten named travel management areas and would bar implementing the Indian Creek (Canyon Rims), San Rafael Desert, San Rafael Swell, and Labyrinth/Gemini Bridges travel management plans. - Federal funding could resume only after the Secretary certifies to Congress that each of the enumerated RS 2477 cases has been adjudicated.
