## Summary

**A USDA vaccination strategy for highly pathogenic avian influenza in poultry.** This bill would direct the Department of Agriculture, in consultation with the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, to develop and finalize a poultry vaccination strategy that complies with World Trade Organization rules.
