## Summary

**Repeals two Inflation Reduction Act provisions and rescinds their unspent funds.** The Return to Sender Act would repeal sections 70002 and 70003 of Public Law 117-169 and would rescind the unobligated balances of amounts appropriated or otherwise made available by those sections as of enactment.
