## Summary

**Removes geographic limits on 8(a) construction subcontracts.** This bill would repeal Paragraph (11) of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act and end the statutory rule that 8(a) construction subcontracts be awarded within the county or State of contract performance while leaving the rest of the 8(a) program in place and without creating new funding, programs, or enforcement mechanisms.
