## Summary

**Funding and spending limits for the Senate Special Committee on Aging.** This resolution sets the committee's operating authority and specific spending caps for March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2027. It permits use of the Senate contingent fund, the hiring of staff, and, with agency and Senate Rules consent, use of agency personnel reimbursably or nonreimbursably.
