**A required State Department report on Kosovo's treatment of people the U.S. has returned or sent there.** The bill would require the Secretary of State to submit, within 30 days, a statement to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs prepared with the Assistant Secretary for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor and the State Department legal office that compiles credible information on alleged arbitrary arrests, torture, disappearances, trafficking, due process for non-citizens removed to Kosovo, detention conditions, the risk that U.S. security assistance could support abusive actions, records of U.S.-Kosovo meetings in 2025 and 2026, and actions the U.S. is taking to protect or return wrongfully removed individuals.
