## Summary

**Protecting the unalienable right to life of the unborn.** This nonbinding Senate resolution would commemorate the fourth anniversary of Dobbs, say Roe allowed more than 63,000,000 abortions, celebrate lives it says Dobbs will save, and pledge to defend unborn life. It would commit to supporting families and new and expectant mothers, assert that modern science shows the humanity of the unborn, recognize the authority of states and elected representatives to regulate abortion, and criticize the Biden Administration's mail-order abortion drug policy for undermining state laws.
