**Boost public awareness of 'move over' laws to protect roadside emergency responders.** The resolution urges national, State, and regional incident management groups to promote a National Move Over Law Day and educate drivers. - Recognizes law enforcement officers, fire and rescue personnel, emergency medical services, tow truck operators, and transportation workers as traffic incident management responders and notes 36 responders were killed in 2025 in roadside collisions. - Calls on drivers to move at least one lane over when emergency or rescue activity is present or, if that is not safe, to slow down and pass with caution.
