## Bill overview: provisions PRIA read

- Fewer state restrictions on handling fenfluramine: benefit, low. This reduces state controlled-drug restrictions for people and organizations handling fenfluramine.
- Owners must swear to occupant-removal complaints: cost, low. Owners or authorized agents seeking immediate removal of unlawful occupants from a residential dwelling must file with the county sheriff. The complaint must give the date the owner bought the property. The person filing must swear that its statements are true, under penalty of perjury.
