- Outside groups need daily alcohol licenses: cost, low. Beginning July 1, 2025, outside groups holding events at covered Anne Arundel County Class C venues need a separate license. The outside group must get a Class C per-day beer, wine, and liquor license from the county’s Board of License Commissioners. The law does not state the per-day license fee.
