## Bill overview: provisions PRIA read

- Dog trainers must list number of dogs: cost, low. Applicants for a Montana Class D-5 dog-training license must state how many dogs they will train. The department prints that number on the license. This is a small paperwork step for trainers.
- Commission may limit nonresident licenses and dogs: mixed, low. The Fish and Wildlife Commission may choose to adopt rules for Class D-5 dog training. It can set limits on how many Class D-5 licenses go to nonresidents. It can also cap how many dogs one license covers. The law does not set numbers now; rules apply only if the commission adopts them.
