New Class E Airspace at Blanding

If you fly into or out of Blanding Municipal Airport under instruments, the FAA proposes Class E airspace starting at 700 feet above the surface (replacing the old 1,200-foot start). The proposed area would be a 6.2-mile radius (excluding airspace parallel to the runway 3.1 miles west) and would extend northeast to contain departures out to 11.9 miles; comments are due by February 21, 2025.
