Instrument Approach & Takeoff Procedure Changes
This rule amends, suspends, or removes Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPs), Takeoff Minimums, and Obstacle Departure Procedures at certain airports because of new or revised criteria, new navigational facilities, added obstacles, or air traffic changes. The changes are intended to make flight operations safer and more efficient and start soon; the agency states they will not add extra costs.
